(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a submission that in view of the order passed in the connected revision petition i.e. CR-29442023, he does not want to pursue with instant petition, which has been filed for release of the minor child, namely, Manraj Singh Sidhu. Learned counsel further submits that the petition under Guardianship and Wards Act is also pending.

In view of the above, he does not want to pursue with the instant petition and seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the same, with liberty to file an appropriate application before the Family Court and further he makes prayer for expeditious disposal of the same. In view of the submission, so made, the instant petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty aforesaid. However, the Guardian Court is requested to dispose of the main petition expeditiously, to its convenience. (ARCHANA PURI) 02.11.2023 JUDGE
