CRM-M-23309-2025 The present petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, is for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to take appropriate action against respondent No.4-Deputy Superintendent of Police City Hoshiarpur, who is using his official position at the instance of respondent Nos.5 and 6 and is trying to interfere in settled possession of the petitioner, along with JYOTI 2025.07.24 17:54 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-23309 of 2025 notorious elements, in property which was subject matter of civil suit No.12441 of 2013 along with further prayer to decide the representation dated 23.05.2025 (Annexure P-13).

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he had moved a representation dated 23.05.2025 (Annexure P-13) before respondent No.2, but no action on the same has been taken till date and he would be satisfied, if respondent No.2 is directed to look into and decide the said representation.

Notice of motion.

Ms. Gagandeep Kaur, DAG, Punjab, accepts notice and submitted that she has no objection if the aforesaid representation dated 23.05.2025 (Annexure P-13) is looked into.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-the Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur, to look into the aforesaid representation, and to take appropriate action as per law, if any required, at the earliest. Disposed of.
