Learned counsel for the petitioner(s), at the outset, prays that petitioner No.1 is in financial crunch and is not in a position to pay and stand by the order passed by the Court below, however assures that in case, his criminal appeal is directed to be heard and decided expeditiously, he will stand by the same.

Without prejudice to his rights and the pleas raised in the petition, which are kept open, the present petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Court below to decide the criminal appeal expeditiously which is pending since, 2021 and the same be decided expeditiously preferably within four months. The petitioner No.1 is directed to abide by his undertaking qua the payment to be made to the respondent. 3.

Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
