Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.95 dated 21.7.2015, under Section 323, 324, 326, 148 read with Section 149 IPC, registered at Police Station, Mehtiana, District Hoshiarpur, and subsequent proceedings resulting therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 11.11.2022(Annexure P-2).
