Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned trial court and seek her remedy. It is however prayed that as the petitioner is an old infirm lady the learned trial court be directed to expeditiously decide the application for bail which may be moved by the petitioner pursuant to her surrender. Dismissed as withdrawn. However in case the petitioner surrenders before the learned trial court within one week from today and an application for regular bail is moved, the same be decided by the learned trial court expeditiously, preferably within a period of one week thereafter.
