The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.852 dated 30.12.2015 registered for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 465, 468 and 471 IPC at Police Station Sector 10 Gurgaon, District Gurgaon. Notice of motion has been issued in this case. Mr. B.S. Virk, learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent-State and Mr. Gaurav Verma, learned Advocate has appeared for the complainant-respondent No.2. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana appearing for the respondent-State and have gone through the record.

Cr. Misc. No.M-9435 of 2016 [2] the matter was referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre which is successful between the parties and in view of the compromise and no objection by the counsel for the complainant-respondent No.2 and keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case; without discussing the facts in minute detail and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, I find merit in this petition and the same is allowed. The interim order dated 20.9.2016 passed by this Court granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute.
