Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that respondents No.2 to 15, who were released on bail as per order dated 14.10.2016, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bathinda, are now threatening the petitioner with dire consequences. However, learned counsel contended that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a complaint with the police for registration of the case qua the said incident.
