The only prayer in the present revision petition is for expeditious hearing of the Rent Petition No.607 of 2017 pending before the Rent Controller, Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to show any ground as to why the petitioner should be permitted to steal a march over the other cases which are pending for a much longer period before the Rent Controller.
