***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr. P.C. for issuance of appropriate direction to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Khanna, Police District Khanna, District Ludhiana to constitute a SIT and conduct a detailed enquiry regarding the fight, which occurred on 25.05.2020, whereby petitioners were brutally attacked by private respondents but in connivance with police, made a false story and registered a false and fabricated FIR No.88 dated 04.06.2020 (Annexure P-4) under Sections 341, 323, 506 read with Section 34 IPC against petitioners. 2.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Rajinder Singh, states that challan has been presented and trial has commenced. 3.

In view of aforesaid, no further proceedings are required before this Court. 4.

Dismissed. In case, petitioners feel dissatisfied with either investigation or framing of charges, they are at liberty to file appropriate application seeking remedy before learned Court below, in accordance with law. 5.
