**** ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL, J (ORAL) The petitioner has challenged the order dated 14.07.2021 (Annexure P6) whereby he has been transferred to Sub Office, UHBVNL, Bhadson. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was displaced within a period of six months of his transfer to accommodate respondent No.6.

A Coordinate Bench of this Court by the order dated 29.07.2022 had stayed the operation of the impugned order. The petitioner is stated to be due for superannuation on 30.04.2023. In terms of the transfer policy, the employees, who are on the verge of superannuation, are not to be disturbed. Consequently, the petition is allowed and impugned order is set aside. The petitioner would continue to remain posted at his current place of posting till his superannuation.
