**** CRM-A-843-2025 Counsel for the applicant submits that they have a very good case on merit and there is sufficient evidence on record which is sufficient for conviction of the private respondents. There is no appreciation of evidence in judgment of acquittal dated 01.02.2024.

Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 8 submits that the judgment of acquittal is well reasoned.
