NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J.(ORAL) Learned counsel for the State has submitted that both the petitioners have completed their entire sentence and released from the jail on 19.12.2015 in the present case. In support of his contentions, he has placed on record the affidavits of the Deputy Superintendent, Central Jail, Patiala, which are taken on record.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press this petition.
