Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing FIR No. 1241 dated 06.09.2018 (Annexure P-1) under Section 506 IPC, Section 75 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 at Police Station City, Panipat and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.
As per report of Mediator dated 17.12.2018, the parties have compromised the matter.
A sum of `70,000/- has been paid in cash by learned counsel for respondents No. 2 and 3 to learned counsel for the petitioner. The RISHU KATARIA 2020.03.16 16:13 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
