Mr. Varinder Singh Rana, Advocate, for the petitioner. GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J. (Oral) The instant petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking extension of parole, as have been granted to him for 10 weeks' vide order dated 29.03.2023 (Annexure P-3) passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Hisar. The said parole is stated to be till 08.06.2023. Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he restricts his prayer to issuance of a direction to the authorities concerned to consider petitioner's case in case any application is filed by him for further extension of parole on account of his precarious medical condition by way of passing a speaking order expeditiously.

In view of the aforestated limited prayer made on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction that in case any application is moved by the petitioner for extension of parole and/or for grant of parole, the same shall be SHRUTI 2023.05.25 16:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.
