This order shall dispose of two petitions i.e. CRM-M-23652019, filed by Dharam Singh and CRM-M-23665-2019, filed by Rajesh Kumar for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 134 dated 10.05.2019, registered under Section(s) 365 & 34 IPC at Police Station Model Town, District Hoshiarpur.
Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case as it is a counterblast to FIR DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2019.05.23 16:17 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document bearing No. 135 dated 11.05.2019 registered under Sections 354 IPC at
Criminal Misc. No. M-23658 of 2019 And Criminal Misc. No. M-23665 of 2019 Police Station Model Town, Hoshiarpur at the instance of one Manisha against Malkeet Singh, who is the son of complainant. As per FIR, the complainant has levelled specific allegations against the petitioners that they along with their co-accused had abducted his son and, therefore, they are required for custodial interrogation. As such, no case is made out to grant the concession of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners and both the petitions stand dismissed.
