Through instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.428 dated 17.05.2017 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 506 IPC at Police Station Model Town, Panipat, District Panipat. According to the prosecution, petitioner cheated the complainant for `30,00,000/- on the false pretext of selling his land. Heard.

Considering seriousness of allegations, petitioner does not deserve the concession of anticipatory bail.
