**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Instant criminal revision petition is directed against the order dated 7.3.2015 (Annexure P-1), whereby application under Section 311 Cr.P.C. for recalling PW1 to PW4 for further cross examination was declined by the learned Sessions Judge. When this case came up for hearing for the first time on 10.4.2015, case was called twice but none appeared and it was adjourned to 12.5.2015. On 12.5.2015, learned counsel apprised this Court that brief has been taken away by the petitioners, however, in the interest of justice, case was adjourned to 4.8.2015. Again on 4.8.2015, none appeared and in the interest of justice, case was adjourned to today, i.e. 1.10.2015.

Today again, case has been called twice, but neither anybody has come present on behalf of the petitioners, nor any request for pass over has been made.

CRR No. 1286 of 2015 It seems that petitioners are not interested in pursuing the present petition.

In view of the above, instant petition is disposed of, however, liberty is granted to the petitioners to file fresh petition, on the same cause of action, as and when necessity arises.
