Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners have been transferred in violation of the transfer policy. He further contends that the petitioners shall be filing their representations to respondent No.2, who may be directed to consider and decide the same in accordance with the transfer policy expeditiously.

Issue notice to the respondents.

At the asking of the Court. Mr. Tapan Kumar Yadav, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State.

The petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 that in the event of representations being filed by the petitioners, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with the transfer policy within a period of 15 days from its receipt.
