RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this application under Section 439 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 66 dated 11.02.20108, registered under Section 307 read with Section 34 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act at Police Station City Narnaul, District Mahendergarh.
The petitioner is facing trial in the aforesaid FIR. According to the prosecution, the petitioner fired upon injured-Mohit, with an intention to kill him.
Heard.

In view of the above and considering the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is of the considered opinion that the petitioner does not deserve the concession of regular bail. Dismissed.
