(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.166 dated 11.10.2017, under Sections 409, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 477A and 120B IPC and Section 13 (1)(c) & (d) of the prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, registered at Police Station City Malout, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.

This Court vide order dated 22.6.2022, granted the interim bail subject to joining investigation.

Learned State Counsel, on instructions from SI Narinder Mohan, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is co-operating. As custody of the petitioner is not needed, the interim bail granted is made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.

In view of the above, CRM No. 23718 of 2022 has become rendered infructous and disposed of as such.
