CRM-M-23293-2025 and connected cases (O&M) -22.

In compliance with the previous order of this Court dated 05.03.2026, the private respondents have come present in Court and undertake to pay the outstanding amount of Rs.20 lakhs to the petitioner. A lump sum amount of Rs.5 lakhs would be paid to the petitioner within a period of one week from now, and the remaining amount of Rs.15 lakhs would be cleared within a period of 5 months i.e. 3 lakhs every month from 01.04.2026 till 01.08.2026. 3.

In view of this statement, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be permitted to withdraw this petition at this stage with liberty to revive the same, in case of any violation of the aforesaid statement made in Court. 4.

In view of the above, all the three afore-noted petitions stand disposed of. However, the petitioner(s) is at liberty to revive the same, if there is any violation of the aforesaid agreement arrived at between the parties. 5.
