Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of accused Kuldeep who, on an application under Section 319 Cr.PC, has been summoned as an additional accused to face trial in case FIR No.140 dated 3.5.2014 under Sections 302, 120-B, 216,34 IPC,PS Kanina. Petitioner on investigation was found innocent and placed in column no.2 of the Challan.

Vide order dated 28.3.2016 while issuing notice of motion, petitioner, on surrendering before the trial court within 10 days, was directed to be released on interim bail.
