**** A.B. CHAUDHARI, J (Oral) Heard learned counsel for the rival parties and perused the order dated 04.04.2016 made by this Court granting ad-interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from Assistant Sub Inspector Balkar Singh, states that pursuant to the order dated 04.04.2016, petitioner has joined investigation and custody is not required. In that view of the matter, the interim order dated 04.04.2016 granting ad-interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
