Prayer in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.0306 dated 15.06.2020 registered under Sections 302, 120-B and 34 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, at Police Station Urban Estate, Hisar, District Hisar. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition at this stage and for issuance of a direction to the trial Court to decide the case in a time bound manner.
