RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.264 dated 29.09.2018 registered under Section 22-C of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Sadar, Dabwali, District Sirsa.

According to the prosecution, on 29.09.2018, petitioner was apprehended with conscious possession of 50 packets containing 500 tablets of Tramadol HCI TRIE SR , 20 packets containing 200 capsules of PARVORIN-SPAS Capsule Tramadol 100 mg, 55 packets containing 550 tablets of ALPRAZOLAM and 90 packets containing 900 tablets of TRAMADOL HCI TRIE SR. In total 1950 tablets and 200 capsules were recovered from the petitioner without any license or permit. Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that FSL report has not yet been received. In view of above, but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petitioner is granted interim bail subject to furnishing personal bonds and two sureties of ` 2.00 lakh each, to the satisfaction of Special Court concerned only till receipt of the FSL report. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
