It was submitted that petitioner has been summoned vide order dated 8.7.2014 to face trial in the aforesaid case, however,as the petitioner is an NRI residing in Canada,he could not appear resulting into issuance of NBWs of arrest for securing his presence for 31.3.2016.
Vide order dated 22.3.2016 while issuing notice of motion, petitioner, on surrendering before the trial court within 10 days, was directed to be released on interim bail.
