**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 50 dated 23.4.2019, registered under Section 21 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station Kot Ise Khan, District Moga.
Vide order dated 10.6.2019, the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join the investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 10.6.2019 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Major Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation.
