R.P. NAGRATH, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the trial has ended in conviction of the petitioner on 28.04.2015 and against the judgment of conviction CRA-S-2987-SB of 2015 has been filed by the petitioner.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the instant revision with liberty to raise all the contentions taken herein in the said appeal.
