Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel contends that two more petitions were filed by the petitioner challenging the similar orders before Co-ordinate Bench which have been withdrawn with the liberty to file criminal revision petition before the Court of Session. In view of the said order, he prays for withdrawal of the present petition to enable the petitioner to approach the Court of Session at first instance.
