The petitioners, who are working as Conductors in Haryana Roadways, have approached this Court so as to challenge the impugned order dated 17.8.2020 (Annexure P-1), whereby they have been ordered to be transferred to various places in the State of Haryana under online transfer policy. 2.

While issuing notice of motion, this Court had ordered that the operation of impugned order dated 17.8.2020 (Annexure P-1) qua the petitioners shall remain in abeyance.

The learned State counsel has informed that a large number of identical petitions have already been disposed of while relegating the petitioners to the remedy of representation and an identical matter has also been disposed of by First Division Bench of this Court.

In view of the aforestated position, the present petition is disposed of while directing the respondents to treat the instant petition as a representation on behalf of the petitioners against their online transfers made vide order dated 17.8.2020 (Annexure P-1) and to dispose of the same in accordance with law at the earliest preferably within a period of one week from today. 5.

The learned State counsel is requested to apprise the respondents about passing of this order today itself so as to enable them to do the needful.
