With the Assistance of learned State counsel, I have gone through the police and find that the petitioner has not been attributed any specific injury. The application for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner has been declined by the lower court on the ground that the petitioner has failed to join the investigation.

The petitioner having joined the investigation, the petition can be allowed.

The petition is allowed. Interim order dated 17.3.2016 is hereby made absolute subject to all the conditions u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C. May 16 ,2016 ( M.M.S.BEDI ) TSM JUDGE
