(ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in complaint case No. 6 of 22.12.2012, under Sections 323, 324, 376, 511 IPC and under Sections 3 & 4 of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Police Station Model Town Panipat, pending before the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Panipat.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that pursuant to the order dated 08.02.2018, the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court and furnished requisite bail bonds and is facing trial there. In view of the above statement, since the petitioner has already appeared before the trial Court and furnished his bail bonds, no further orders are called for by this Court.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
