Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking quashing of Excise Policy for the year 20222023 (Annexure P-7). 2.

In the present case, the Excise Policy for the year 2022-2023 has come to an end on 31.03.2023 and the petitioner has provided the requirement at the Chandigarh International Airport till 31.03.2023. This petition is being disposed of as no further cause of action arises, as new notification has been issued on 8.05.2023.
