**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the previous order dated 31.8.2015 passed by this Court, present petition does not survive.
On the last date of hearing, i.e. 31.8.2015, following order was passed by this Court:- Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, fairly states that although he has no sympathy for the petitioner, because he is not complying with the order passed by this Court, yet in the peculiar fact situation of the case, he seeks short adjournment only for the reason that petitioner is stated to be admitted in the hospital. On his request and as a last resort, case is finally adjourned to 17.09.2015.
However, it is made clear that no further time shall be granted. Petitioner shall be present before this Court on the next date of hearing along with an amount of Rs.8 lacs by way of bank draft in AMIT KUMAR 2015.09.21 10:04 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
CRR No. 1369 of 2015 the name of the respondent-complainant, failing which the revision petition shall be deemed to be dismissed. Petitioner shall also bring with him the relevant record showing that he was unwell and was admitted in the hospital Admittedly, the abovesaid order has not been complied with by the petitioner. No reason, whatsoever, is forthcoming for non compliance of the abovesaid order.
In view of the above, coupled with the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, present petition is dismissed. It is also made clear that since the revision petition itself has been dismissed, interim order dated 20.4.2015 granted by this Court in favour of the petitioner stands automatically vacated.
