(Oral) This is the second petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 148, dated 14.11.2020, registered under Sections 307, 120-B, 34 IPC and Section 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959, lodged at Police Station Division No.2, Jalandhar. On a pointed query put to the learned counsel for the petitioner, as to what was the material change in circumstances, subsequent to the withdrawal of the previous petition on 24th February, 2021, he has failed to satisfy this Court qua the same.
