The prayer made in the present petition is for payment of salary to the petitioner for the period from 25.01.2019 to 31.01.2019 and from 01.10.2019 till date.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, states that he would be satisfied if the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner in view of the averments made in the present writ petition. Notice of motion.
