Dated Police Station Sections 3.6.2022 Urban Estate Hisar, District Hisar 294, 323, 506 IPC The petitioner, arraigned as accused in the above captioned FIR, has come up before this Court under Section 482 CrPC for quashing of the FIR and all consequential proceedings based on the compromise with the aggrieved person. State's counsel submits that cancellation report has already been filed in this case.

Given above, petitioner's counsel seeks withdrawal of the present petition, however, with liberty to approach this Court again in case need arises. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been withdrawn, with liberty as prayed.
