(ORAL) Prayer in this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing order dated 04.06.2014 of the trial court, whereby petitioner was declared as proclaimed person in complaint case No.157/4 dated 14.05.2010, under Sections 177, 182, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC.

Heard.

Since, the parties have compromised the matter, therefore, order dated 04.06.2014 of SDJM, Khanna (P-4) declaring the petitioner as proclaimed person is set aside.

Disposed of accordingly.
