**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing. This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 and 3 to take action on the complaint (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner and further to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of private respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the marriage of the petitioner was solemnized with respondent No. 4-Munish Kumar on 14.10.2015 and out of the said wedlock, a son was born. He further submits that the petitioner is working as a Manager at Black Panda Home Service Provider Company, Feroze Gandhi Market at Ludhiana. Learned counsel also submits that on 19.8.2020, respondents No.

4 and 6 had given beatings to the petitioner and she saved her life by running from the matrimonial home. She herself got medically examined on 20.8.2020. It is further submitted that for redressal of her grievance, the petitioner has moved a representation dated 20.8.2020 (Annexure P-2) to Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana-respondent No. 2 but no action has been taken on the same so far. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned State counsel.

Without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to Commissioner of Police, Ludhianarespondent No. 2 to decide the representation (Annexure P-2), moved by the petitioner, within one month after receiving the copy of the order, in accordance with law.
