This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 11.03.2025 passed in CWP-5960-2025. 2.

Learned counsel for the State has filed a compliance report by way of affidavit of Lokesh, District Registrar, Firms & Societies, Gurugram alongwith a speaking order dated 05.05.2025 (Annexure R-1), which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place. 3.

In view of the compliance report, the present petition is disposed off. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
