The revision is against the order of conviction for offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act and the dismissal of the appeal. Since it is essentially a money transaction at the time of issuing notice, this Court had taken note of the submission made by the counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that he would be willing to pay ` 7 lacs in the name of the complainant. The draft has been prepared and brought before the Court. The counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant is before the Court to say that he is prepared to receive the money.
