This is a petition moved under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 (corresponds to Section 482 Cr.P.C.) for issuance of a direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to conduct fair investigation on the complaints dated 19.02.2026 (Annexure P-1), 11.03.2026 (Annexure P-3) and 25.03.2026 (Annexure P-4) submitted by the petitioner against respondents No.4 to 7. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to respondent No.2 to look into the representation dated 11.03.2026 (Annexure P-3), within a time bound manner.
