***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein is under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr. P.C.') for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case GD No.23 dated 18.08.2009, under Sections 324, 323, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'IPC') (Section 326 of IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Majitha, District Amritsar Rural, in FIR No.0119 dated 13.08.2009, registered under Sections 326, 324, 323, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'IPC') and Sections 25, 27(2) of the Arms Act, 1959 (for short 'Arms Act'), at Police Station, Majitha, District Amritsar Rural.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to earlier order dated 22.05.2023 passed by this Court, petitioners have joined the investigation and have fully cooperated in the same.

Learned State counsel per his instructions from ASI Sarabjit Mashi submits that petitioners have joined investigation and in view of cooperation rendered by them, no custodial interrogation of petitioners is required. 4.

In view of the above, since custodial interrogation of petitioners is no more required, and they have already joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating officer, present petition is allowed. Order dated 22.05.2023 granting interim anticipatory MAHAVIR SINGH 2023.09.15 15:01 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/ judgment

2023:PHHC:121844 CRM-M-25910-2023 (O&M) bail to the petitioners is made absolute, subject to petitioners' complying with provisions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
