(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.9 dated 16.01.2014, under Sections 363 and 366(A) IPC and order dated 16.11.2015, passed by Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Garshankar and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom. Upon notice, reply has been filed on behalf of State-respondent No.1.

As per above-said reply, the petitioner has since been acquitted, vide order dated 28.11.2016, by the trial Court. In view of above-said stand taken in the reply, the present petition is rendered infructuous and the same is hereby dismissed as such.
