This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions/orders to respondents No.1 and 2 to get a fair and proper inquiry conducted into the allegations made by respondent No.5 from respondent No.3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that Seema Sharma was his employee, who was removed from service considering her conduct. According to him, her activities in the Office with some unidentified outsiders were seriously doubtful about her sincerity. It is argued that his driver namely Bunty also stopped coming to the Office. The apprehension expressed by the petitioner about alleged blackmailing on the part of Seema Sharma does not inspire confidence. The representation/application given by the petitioner dated 26.04.2019 to the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana has been perused and this Court does not find any reason to order an enquiry into the allegations made against Vinod Kumar, who is husband of Seema Sharma.
