(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0039 dated 27.04.2019 under Sections 323, 406, 498-A IPC registered at P.S. Division No.3, District Jalandhar. In view of the fact that vide order of even date passed in CRM-M-29799-2019 Gagandeep Singh & others Vs. State of Punjab & another, since the matter has been compromised between the parties and resultantly, the FIR in question has been quashed, the present petition is rendered infructuous.

Dismissed as infructuous.
