HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Vide order dated 21.11.2019, writ petitions bearing CWP No.33850 of 2019 and 33852 of 2019 were disposed of directing the respondents to decide legal notice dated 19.06.2019 & 12.02.2019 respectively within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. It was further directed that in case the petitioner is found entitled for any monetary benefits after the decision of the legal notice, the same would be released to him within three months thereafter. In view thereof, present petition is disposed of as infructuous. However, it would be open to the petitioner(s) to take recourse to any appropriate remedy available under law.
