ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.225 dated 14.08.2018 registered under Sections 506, 34 IPC at Police Station Ateli, District Mohindergarh and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Counsel for the State submits that challan has already been presented and even charges have been framed and the case, before the trial Court, is now fixed for prosecution evidence. Since the only prayer in this petition is for quashing of the aforementioned FIR, without any reference to the challan presented before the trial Court as well as the charges framed, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to raise all the pleas/defences during the course of trial.
