At the very outset, when this Court directed the petitioner to point out from the pleadings of the application dated 11.12.2025 (Annexure P-3), that, where the relevancy of the summoning of the record is mentioned/explained, he is unable to point out any such pleading therein.

In the absence of any pleading regarding the essentiality/relevancy, of summoning of such voluminous record in the application (supra), the learned Tribunal has, rightly, declined the application. Therefore, no interference is required by this Court in the impugned order.

Further, this Court cannot be oblivious of the fact that the reference in the instant matter, is pending since 2000. 4.

Consequently, the instant petition, is hereby, dismissed. 5.

All pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
