(Oral) Present petition has been filed by the petitioner for seeking direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 not to harass, humiliate her and to protect the life and liberty at the hands of respondent No.4. Upon notice, status report has been filed on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3 and the stand taken therein that case FIR No.29 dated 27.10.2016 under Sections 341, 323 and 506 IPC, at Police Station Chhajli was registered against Jarnail Singh @ Jelly (respondent No.4) on the statement dated 27.02.2012 of Sarabjit Kaur (petitioner). After the registration of the FIR, she got recorded the supplementary statement dated 29.02.2016 before the investigating officer that respondent No.4 has raped her without her consent. CRM-M-9637-2016 -2Superintendent of Police, Sangrur and from the enquiry it has been found that no offence under Section 376 IPC is found to be made out and accordingly offence under Section 376 IPC was deleted. Accused Jarnail Singh was arrested on 14.04.2016. After completion of investigation, challan under Sections 341, 323 and 506 IPC has been prepared and the same will be presented shortly before the Court of learned Illaqa Magistrate. In view of above facts, no further action is required to be taken in the present petition and the same is hereby dismissed as such.
